You will tell me what you hope to accomplish through our time and I will talk and walk those things out together to help you reach the place you are desiring to be.
People who want to improve one or more areas of their life are the ones that Life Coaching is for.
You must be willing to allow the Coach into your process.
You must agree to make changes in your thinking and your actions in order to achieve a different life.
I believe without God’s help we can never fully be our best self. We will always discuss the role God plays in our life and look to Him to order our steps in the above process.
*A Life Coach is not a licensed therapist. If during a session I feel you would benefit more from meeting with a licensed therapist I will highly recommend you do that. If during our sessions I see we are not making progress, we will discuss and agree on what the best course of action will be in the future.
Meet Your Coach!
I’m Linda! A woman that has a heart that beats after God and people. If I can assist someone in making life better and more fulfilling, than I am doing what God has called me to do.
My life has created the wisdom I have in coaching. I was married for 35 years, raised two amazing daughters, worked in customer service, managed a law firm, worked for a non-profit, am a successful realtor, help small businesses and have been called by many, friend and mentor.
Life has brought me many things including loss of a spouse and bankruptcy. Neither of those items I ever expected to happen. However, I’ve learned how to truly change lemons into lemonade and that’s what I want to continue to assist other people in doing.
Life Coaching isn’t a business I’m starting it’s the life I have lived for well over 35 years.
